Shipping + Returns
While shipping times will vary, orders are typically shipped between 3-5 business days after purchase from our location in Milwaukee, WI. We will send you an email when your order is on its way! If you need an item quickly (looking at you procrastinator!), please email us at email@example.com and we can work with you to get your item sooner.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Our policy lasts 30 days. Sadly we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after that time.
In order for us to accept your return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (yes, that means leave those tags on until you're sure you want to keep it).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will contact you to let you know that we received it and whether we will approve or reject your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Give it a few weeks after you ship your item back to us for the return process to be complete, please!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If for some reason it has been a few weeks and you still haven't heard from us, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to get the situation figured out.
Sale items (if applicable)
If you bought it on sale, you can't return it. Sorry!
Exchanges (if applicable)
If we messed up and sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will work hard to make the situation right.
